IV s. 3 of CAE By Laws, we the undersigned shareholders respectfully petition CAE's Secretary for a Special Meeting with the Board on the topics of: 1) Shareholder loss of confidence in CAE Board, and; 2) Board proposal to purchase unit B2. We call for this meeting to be held on Saturday November 21 at 2:00pm AZT.

Thank you. I have received your petition. I note that the # of signatories appears in the scroll at the right: it looks like only 10 names at a time can appear below. At the moment the scroll indicates 15 signatories. In either case, you have provided a petition with signatures of over 20% of shareholders, and thus triggered the mandatory meeting requirement in By laws Art IV s. 3. I will forward your petition to the Board president so she can call the meeting: I will send out notice.
I believe a Special Meeting is necessary.

its about time we handled this. tired of how they spend our money without asking anyone.
