Pursuant to Art. IV s. 3 of CAE By Laws, we the undersigned shareholders respectfully petition CAE's Secretary for a Special Meeting with the Board on the topics of: 1) Shareholder loss of confidence in CAE Board, and; 2) Board proposal to purchase unit B2. We call for this meeting to be held on Saturday November 21 at 2:00pm AZT.
