This petition is to ask the Houston SPCA to separate the animals in stray hold so that a person may take photos or videos and provide to the community for people who are missing pets. Not everyone is capable of going there in person every third day. There are also puppies that have not had time to have their own home and should be adoptable by trusted rescue groups or community members. Please sign to help keep missing pets alive.
