Resolution taken by meeting on Thursday 15th December 2016:

"We the undersigned will form a small group to discuss with the Rabbi, on behalf of the community, the issues raised at tonight's meeting."

Note: Approximately 100 people attended the meeting on Thursday night. Almost everyone present at the end of the meeting signed this resolution (71 signatures). All points raised at the meeting are being written up to present to the Rabbi.

In summary there was consensus at the meeting as follows:

1. Unanimous acknowledgement and appreciation of the Rabbi and Rebbetzin's sterling contribution to the South Head community.

2. South Head needs renewal (just as any organisation does to remain relevant to its stakeholders).

3. The product (i.e. the Shul) is not currently meeting the needs of the community.

4. Support for change in a peaceful, positive way with due respect and honour.
