I have been spending my evenings reading through the stories you are leaving about why these stations matter to your daily lives. It is clear that this is about so much more than just transit logistics for all of us. I am still working behind the scenes to get these messages in front of the right people.

ENFIELD NEEDS THESE OFFICES. DONT CLOSE THEM
Keep them open. Machines break all the time and people dont know how to use them anyway.
Just another way to cut corners and make things worse for the people who actually pay for the service.
My elderly mum relies on the staff to help her get around. Take this away and she wont be able to travel alone at all.
Bad move. Stations feel empty and creepy without staff present.

Ridiculous idea. We need staff at the stations for safety. Not everyone has a smartphone for everything.
