I don't know Dr.Hardy personally but I know many people like her. I know they don't want to pay her a lot since she's has her doctor degree but at the same time the school can save money and use the money for important things not buying football gear every ear. Like fix the air condition or Windows.

I believe Dr. Hardy should remain at the high school because she is a very important and supportive figure in the counseling center

Somers High School would definitely not be the same without Dr. Hardy. She's the glue that holds us all together! We're so lucky to have her and it would cripple the school and the district so much if she were to leave.

If you like having students that go on to college, don't fire Dr. Hardy! She is the only counselor who knows what she's doing. One of the other ones forgot twice to send my friend's transcript in to her college on time after she reminded him several times. Students who don't even have her as an assigned counselor go to see her because she is a miracle worker. She is kind and caring and works really hard to make sure everyone ends up somewhere they will be happy.

Dr. Hardy has done so much for this school and for its students. If she is fired the students will lose a huge asset. She cares more than most guidance counselors and to lose someone like her would be a shame.

Dr.Hardy is my friend's counsellor. Although I don't know her very well she has always been very nice to me and has always helped us out whenever we need to talk. Dr. Hardy really helps us (my friends and I) and she is so caring! It would be a shame to lose such a good counsellor.

Dr. Hardy needs to stay! She is the most important figure in our counseling system here at Somers. Without her, future students would not get the support, assistance, and advice that she offers. She has helped thousands of students through the challenging college process that juniors and seniors face. She is absolutely needed in this school district in order for the future generations to succeed.

Cutting Dr. Harry's position would cause this district to regress in a way that the Board of Ed could never even imagine. She is an incredibly valuable asset to both the students and the staff, and cutting her position would be an awful mistake. She never fails to help a child or colleague in need, and she has had a huge impact on every school in our system. Her position is vital to the success and unification of the students and staff in this district. Don't make a mistake you know you'll regret.

This is a very important job in the district because it affects every student in the district. Upcoming high schoolers like my self might need a little help finding their perfect college and many would be lost without the director's help.

Without the Director of Guidance, all students in the district would be at a major disadvantage. This position, and Dr. Hardy specifically, oversees everything that goes on, knows all of the admissions reps (and they know her!) and makes sure that we are on track to meet all of our deadlines. From learning Naviance to Junior meetings through graduation, we cannot do without the one person who keeps track of it all.
