(1) The unfortunate termination of Eddie Quintana and Hue Menzies as Directors of the ECNL Program
(2) The appointment of an unqualified person into the role of Director of ECNL, and subsequent termination of this person.
(3) Continued lack of overall Club leadership and leadership within the ECNL ranks.
(4) Failure of OCYS to fully promote the ECNL program and attract other top talent from the area.
As such, the following individuals who have signed this petition are stating that they will not be returning to OCYS, with or without ECNL designation at the Club for the 2013-2014 season.

The club management has ruined this. My daughter deserves real coaching and consistency not this constant drama.
Total mess. how do you let the best directors go and expect the kids to stay??
So sad to see how downhill things have gone. Too much turnover and not enough focus on the players.
Bring back Eddie and Hue. That is the only way to save this program.
