We, the undersigned, are united in support of Ryan Maloney (Academy Director), as the interim Director of Club & Player Development. We want to congratulate the Board on a "job well done" for acting quickly and decisively on their contingent based offer to Ryan Maloney for the position of Director of Club & Player Development.
As Ormond Beach Soccer Club Members, Parents, Coaches, Trainers, Players and Supporters, we all share the same common goals for the OBSC. A well managed, high quality, positive environment that allows ALL of our kids to flourish as players and people.

The current volume of support demonstrates a clear consensus regarding the future leadership of the club. I am finalizing a formal letter to the Board of Directors to request a meeting for a direct presentation of these findings.

Finally some real leadership. My son loves his coaching style and has improved so much since he started.
Ryan is the best thing to happen to this club in a long time. Keep him around!
