No rezoning! I did not move my family to the brookwood district to be unfairly moved by persons that do not own homes in that district.

I moved into this district for the great schools, single family community and great neighborhood's. I think that having apartments will bring not only the value of the homes down but also the reputation of a close community.

All we need is more traffic and congestion in our area. It is impossible to get anywhere near 124, 78, Five Forks, Oak Road, etc. because we have too many residents in this area. Apartments will also devalue our property and we are just now trying to recover from the economy. Please don't do this!!!!

Apartment would destroy the Brookwood Cluster.

These apartments would damage the exceptional Brookwood cluster that our children attend.

Just as this part of the county is revitalizing passing these changes would halt the strong and positive progress

My comment was cut off so I will finish here. As the proposals stand now the impact to our community would potentionally be devastating in many ways. The traffic in this area has already been greatly impacted by the surge of business's. The mass number of cars created from both proposals would have an immence impact. Being that apartments are very much a transient environment which have proven to bring on a strong crime ellement that not only impacts the property itself, but also the surrounding communities. Our schools are already over crowded and most have numerous trailers trying to accommodate the present population. I feel both of these proposals would have grave effects both short term and long term to our wonderful community.

My daughter and grandchildren will be hurt by these two projects. They are in the Brookwood school district and want to remain there. I strongly oppose these two applications.

OPPOSED, let them build on 78 where there are empty run down shopping centers that are an eyesore.

I am strongly opposed to both applications presented. The ramifications of these proposals upon the city AND surrounding comminities would have a devastating effect on the quality life we have all grown to appreciate living in this area. As the proposals stand

Against both of them.

This is not in the best interest of the area. The added congestion to riads and schools will negatively impact the area.
