Schools, crime, traffic. There's no justification for having these except for $$. And it's predominantly $$ that won't see it's way back into the community.

The impact on the Brookwood - over crowding and increase class sizes, plus the additional traffic are more than enough reasons to deny the request for apartments in our area.

My main concern is how the proposed development will impact the schools my children attend. Adding the additional students that would potentially live in the development, would overload the already overflowing number of students in the schools. We moved into the home we have based on the schools - adding the development and most likely redistricting would give us reason to move from the area. Another concern - have you been in the area during regular business hours, rush hour or on weekends? The traffic is already heavy and at times gridlock! I love shopping in the area, however if traffic gets much worse I will have to consider taking my money elsewhere.

Please do not let this pass. We do not have the infrastructure to withstand the appts. We bought here specifically for the schools and the community and that will go away with the apts.

I don't want any apartments in the Brookwood school cluster. I feel this would be a disruption to our high quality of life and superb standard of education.

Apartments in the vicinity of my regular shopping locations will impact my choices.
