Brookwood Cluster schools will not be able to absorb an addition of hundreds of school children, there is no more room for the "ever present" trailer classrooms! We must stop this nonsense now. Do we want Snellville to become another Sandy Springs? I think not.

We do not need high occupancy housing in this area. Not only will it impact the schools negatively, but it will make traffic even more of a headache in a high-traffic area. And putting it in the same vicinity of the hospital will negatively impact emergency services as well.

We do not need more high occupancy housing in this area. The impact on traffic alone is to be avoided, let alone the need for more school facilities, buses, etc. More apartments inevitably lead to increased crime.

While we do not live In Snellville, we live in the Brookwood school district and are gravely concerned about the negative effects of the proposed zoning changes.

Give it 5 years and that location will need its own police precinct...NO APTS

Scenic Hwy is almost impossible to drive down as it is, you add two sets of poorly constructed apartments into the mix and it will be completely impassable!

I am a concerned citizen who does not want her property devalued. I am also concerned about the traffic in that area.

When we chose to buy our house 8 years ago, the fact that it was located in the Brookwood School District greatly influenced our decision. Back then, in 2006, we were childless, but were planning to start our family soon after our move to Lilburn. Our son will turn 6 in October, and just started kindergarten this year. Any re-zoning that would force him to change schools and/or districts would be unacceptable, so I strongly oppose the two current re-zoning applications, as well as any others that would have the same impact on my family, as well as the community as a whole.

I've lived in this community for 31 years and oppose this development due to the impact on our schools and traffic flow.

Look at what has happened to Grayson since they got their appartments. Property Crime and Larceny Theft are double the national averages. I don't want that in the Brookwood cluster or community.

I am opposed to the rezoning and all the negative impact to Snellville and especially the Brookwood cluster schools and it's community.
