I live in Lilburn and frequent restaurants and shopping on Scenic Hwy; go ahead and build there if you want to lose my business.

I am signing this petition stating that I am OPPOSED to the two rezoning applications; (RZ 14-04 & LUP 14-03) and (RZ 14-03 & LUP 14-02) that would permit the development of 651 units including 523 apartments in the area around Eastside Medical Center.

traffic on Hwy 124 is terrible already. Possiblity of 700 more cars is almost ridiculous.

Ihave lived in the Brookwood district for 30 years. I would agree tha tthe schools are over crowded now and adding apartment homes would compound this problem.

With three kids in the Brookwood district I really don't want apartment homes in the district. The schools are already busting at the seems and with class numbers up from Elementary to the High School this would just make it worse. I have lived in Gwinnett County for 40 years my entire life. Not only does this need to be stopped in Snellville but in Gwinnett as a whole how much more can the school system take before quality of education suffers badly? At some point the people at the top need to think whats better for the community instead of whats better for there pocket. Gwinnett has added over 7,000 students since the first day of school that is two large High Schools where are all the educated leaders that finally say too much is too much?

There is no justifiable reason to approve these applications. With already-approved planning, the city can get a bigger tax base, schools will not be over crowded and the planned zoning will not have a negative impact on the infrastructure nor the city services. Crime will not be heightened with the planned zoning. There is NO positive benefit for the city or surrounding area if this proposed zoning is approved. PLEASE, Snellville CC, do not approve this.

We have fought apartment zoning in the Brookwood school district for years. It's never a good time to re-open the discussion.

The proposed Apartments would lower the value of homes, bring in additional crime, and add to the already crowded roads.

Traffic in Snellville is already a nightmare. Traffic brought on by high density housing would bring gridlock!

This won't mean anything good for the great Brookwood school district!
