We love our city and my kids love their school. I do not want to see any of that change. If it does we will be forced to move out of the city we love and my children grew up in!

Liar, Liar pants on fire! How can the applicants say that there won't be a negative impact on the community? Really? Let me enlighten them - Highway 124, Webb Ginn and Dogwood are already over conjested; Not to mention the the schools, the parking lots and if they try and rezone our area to be in the Shiloh school district to accomidate the potential 1200+/- new students well I can tell you there will be lawsuits to follow - considering they lied on their application and the only thing that they answered was more revenue in the area

Seriously? There is no way to support the position that this is in the best community. I am not among those that always say no to development anywhere, of any kind. This plan however reeks. Traffic is already at the point where Scenic Highway has to be avoided at all costs most all day on a Saturday. I cannot imagine what traffic will be like if this proposal goes through. This is a really bad idea.

Has the Snellville City Council done any impact studies on the effect developments of this many apartments would have on the traffic and on the schools in this area?

Please listen to the residents who are your constituents. Remember that you represent them as well as the business interests. This decision will have a long-term impact on the local community and the greater Brookwood area. Please consider carefully the issues of increased school congestion and resultant displacement of families due to overcrowding; worsening traffic flow; increased crime and the impact on public safety personnel. This is not a decision that should be made lightly or quickly.

Brookwood Cluster schools do not need the addition of hundreds of school children. Class sizes are large enough. Not to mention higher traffic volume.
