I moved to this area because Brookwood offered the best test scores in Gwinnett County. We bought our home to raise our children in a family environment. Please do not allow apartments to be built in this area!! It would be completely devastating to the economony and the environment and especially the schools.

NO apartments in SNELLVILLE!! The homeowners are tired of taking on the responsibiliy to send non-tax payers kids to school, fix our roads and police our streets. if this passes, crime will exponentially increased, taxes will increase, our schools will be more overcrowded than they already are!!! Traffic is already a nightmare, please don't add to that!!

NO apartments in Snellville. You are messing with everyone's equity who has interest in this and surrounding communities at a crucial time of economic recovery. Our schoolls are already tapped out and who's picking up the bill when they decide they need another wing on the school. The home owners-that who! Snellville is what it is because it doesn't have an over saturated population of apartments! Go ahead get ready for more taxes, more traffic, a school of non excellence and higher crime. Absolutely NOT!
