The last thing that Snellville needs, especially in the area surrounding Eastside, is more traffic! Think also of the impact on the schools! With more students comes larger class sizes, which can effect students learning. It's just an enormous mistake all around!

I live and work in the area and can't even make a quick shopping or lunch trip on a weekday or weekend with the traffic already in the area as it is! Apartments will irrevocably impact not only traffic but our police force, fire department and school cluster which are already taking on more than their fair share. No apartments--no matter how high the rent will be, there are always people willing to share one with several people just to be able to afford it which means a lot more people than there should be in one apartment.
