The future of Saint Margaret Mary (SMM) School is at stake. We, the undersigned, do not feel that amends can be made, and that trust can be restored, with the current leadership/administration, based on ethical issues that have transpired during the 2018-2019 school year.

We need leadership/administration that will lead our school with the following qualities:

Also, by signing this petition, you support hiring a dynamic leader, who has the above mentioned skill set, plus the following:

• Master’s Degree – per the Archdiocese
• Practicing Catholic
• Responsible for creating a nurturing environment, favorable of faith formation and learning
• Minimum five (5) years’ experience, at the appropriate grade levels, as an Assistant Principal (or equivalent) within the Catholic school system
• Provide evidence of previous success in a Catholic school
• Ability to effectively demonstrate leadership skills necessary to be an elementary school Principal
• Ability to effectively communicate any/all necessary information to faculty/staff, parents and students, building cooperation, and a shared vision for the school
• Establish an effective rapport with faculty/staff, students and parents
