Too many residential buildings. We need livable spaces for Miami residents or people will start moving away.

As an architect, I can say that it is necessary to comply with the laws as well as the suggestions provided for a common good where you are a part of, whether you live there or not, invest there or not, or if you are a national tourist or international ... Please take a moment to think about this expression, "Architecture will prevail through the ages.

No se termina el sendero del lado norte.No se inicia el sendero del lado surr completanto el SUBDESARROLLO con un tanquero de Diesel qu deje permanentemente una poza de agua peligrosisima.
Ademas la construccion dentro del
conjuntono parece arrancar debidamente dejando el terreno en
condicioness pesima quien sabe por cuanto tiempo

The Brickell area is already congested and this project does not represent a smart growth for Brickell.

We have enough developers building in this area we ne space for parks, walkpads and bike pads more important nature life for each and everyone the current residents in this are including myself. Enough is enough we need space to enjoy life not just to look at high rises.
