A tall building will close off the river. Build something city center height to match the space and mirror the Brickell side of the river.

Miami is a Latin city let’s just keep in mind that we all moved here for a reason, this is not a Third World country. let’s keep our city spacious nice and let’s make it even better. Governors needs to stop thinking just about money and work to make our lives better in Miami.
