I oppose this project because it does not meet the requirements that have been put in place and agreed upon for this zone. As a property owner in the area, I want smart growth so that my investment appreciates in value.

How many more buildings can this place have ?? Reallly!!!?

The City of Miami have been revamped to become an amazing place to live and work in future years , with more cultural and Nature lives !!! Miami River is a heart part of this awsome project and has to Be well developed for the Benefit of all residents !!!

One River Point, a very big project with a lot more cons that pros

We need more green spaces; we do not need any more high rise buildings!

There must be a healthy balance between development and public spaces taking also into consideration transportation and daily traffic.

Residents of Miami river front needs Smart Growth. The Edge on Brickell it’s NOT a good project. We need a good project like parks, sidewalks, recreational area for our children!

I’m against of these proyect.

Fix our infrastructure, flooding problems, traffic issues and give us more green space. Stop making the situation worse and building more residents that are tanking our property values because of empty residents, over building and no care for our neighbors.

WE NEED PARKS .. NO MORE BUILDINGS.

Please do not approve this project. Let’s build smart, not just build to build.
