I am currently organizing the documented grievances of Apollo Apartment tenants into a formal complaint package for the local housing authority. This file will demonstrate a consistent pattern of non-compliance and will serve as the basis for our next round of inquiries with the property owners.

The current volume of responses has prompted our legal team to initiate a formal review of the property management practices at the Apollo Apartments. I have submitted our compiled documentation to the city housing department and expect a response regarding an investigation by the end of the week.

I was the manager on site at the Downey apartments. Living conditions there were horrible
Our Water went out yesterday. Helen Ross owner of Ronald Properties, LLC would not respond to anyone's phone calls or text messages. Water cannot be turned on unless she goes to pay. She needs her properties taken from her. She is a Slum Lord and there are many online postings to prove that she won't fix things. All she wants is the money. I have a police report in Huntington Beach with a picture of where she scratch me. She attacked me for no apparent reason. I would be willing to appear in court for a class action suit anyone has on her. Just email me and give me details.

I worked for Helen Ross in 2008 as her live in apt. manger, and her district manger over all of her locations I know how she operates, I know where she gets her unsuspecting mangers from, she has a unlimited source from the APARTMENT ASSOCIATION GREATER LOS ANGELES training center , I know I was one of their students, and they send out your name`s to their members who are either owners or property manger co. I know how she rips off new tenants, she rents the apt. and has them fill out a lease,she then takes the lease and tells them she will give them a copy when their check clears, but in truth she destroys it. I was a witness to that, if it is cash she tells them she will give them a receipt. she tells them she did not bring her receipt book with her and that the copper is not working at that location. but that will never happen and within one or two months she claims they never paid their rent and evicts, when the tenant start complain about the cockroaches and bad pluming and others things and takes her to court they have no proof that they ever paid their rent. she fails to report to the IRS 1099 due to the fact she does not want to admit that they were her employees for that short time, she calls the police and tells them they are homeless people that broke in and are living in one of her apt. even one of her lawyers said he knew how she was ripping off 888 management and the IRS. I truly hope you can put her our of business.
This lady and her whole family is evil! They steal and lie! Don't ever rent or work for her!
