Students and others drive at high speeds (and at times race) on Harter Ave and the other streets adjacent to the high school student parking lot. This is an area that has a lot of foot traffic and it is incredibly dangerous. We are proposing the installation of several strategically placed speed bumps to discourage this wreckless driving and protect our families and community.
