Reaching this point has been an exhausting uphill battle but seeing this many neighbors insist on transparency proves we are on the right path. It is draining to fight for simple accountability yet your support keeps me from walking away.

My balance was paid back in 2016 but my new statement from Skyline started at $1500.00. It appears these are attorney fees and that attorney stopped working for Bridgemill back in 2007. Then I was charged late fees and penalties back dated. It’s ridiculous. I want that fee removed.
The HOA has no legal authority to collect money from homeowners or tell homeowners to clean up their property. The HOA is suppose to be hiring others to this work due to conflict of interest.
Same situation here Skyline claims HOA dues owed from 2017, which were paid. 2018 2019 an 2020 all paid. Lived in BM 10 years never received any other notices until last month. Now today received letter from Law firm.
I just sent bank statements today where two years of association dues were paid and cleared our bank account and now they are asking for cancelled checks. I held for over an hour just to get the archived bank statements because they were from three years ago. I am not holding again for cancelled checks.
I requested proof of the second and third notices from last year and pictures of the violations months ago and got no response. No letters were received certified or registered mail.
They have some serious explaining to do. Can’t believe we have to deal with this type of negligence. It’s unacceptable.
This issue requires immediate attention. The lack of communication is unacceptable.

We just received today a Letter and Lien on our Home from Winter and Zenner Law Group. This is INSANE! We haven’t missed any Annual Dues (as i’m sure most of us haven’t). I’m looking for next steps? If I can assist in any way please let me know. Best regards and stay safe! Chris
