1: protection for all inactive or furloughed pilots, and downgraded pilots with regards to getting recalls before Sky Regional pilots or Upgraded to their previous seat before Sky Regional pilots who can hold the Captain's Seat.
2. A guarantee that post Sky Regional integration that Air Canada will honour the CPA agreed to in 2019 and make Jazz the exclusive Express Carrier.
3. A fleet size that will allow employment for all current Jazz pilots both active and inactive plus the additional Sky Regional pilots.

I really thought this might just float around in the digital void but the momentum here is honestly shaking me up a bit. It is wild to see everyone locking in on these requirements because it proves we are all seeing the same red flags in this potential integration.

STAND FIRM. If they want integration they better keep their word on the 2019 CPA or we are going nowhere.
Enough with the games. Protect the seniority list or no one is going for this.

My husband has been sitting at home for months. If these guys get recalled before him it is a slap in the face to every pilot who has been here for years.
