JAZ ALPA members who have signed this will vote NO to any tabled proposal with regards to a Sky Regional integration unless the following is addressed and met:
1: protection for all inactive or furloughed pilots, and downgraded pilots with regards to getting recalls before Sky Regional pilots or Upgraded to their previous seat before Sky Regional pilots who can hold the Captain's Seat.
2. A guarantee that post Sky Regional integration that Air Canada will honour the CPA agreed to in 2019 and make Jazz the exclusive Express Carrier.
3. A fleet size that will allow employment for all current Jazz pilots both active and inactive plus the additional Sky Regional pilots.
