The IPA Solidarity Policy is intended to address the unfortunate decision of our company to furlough pilots.
The current policy does not apply to the pilots who received a furlough notice. We, the undersigned, who received the furlough notice, believe that the company's decision to furlough effects all IPA pilots, and as such, pledge to adhere to the current policy even though it specifically excludes us.
We understand why the Executive Board has chosen to exclude those of us who received a furlough notice, but we choose to stand unified and pledge to adhere to the Solidarity Policy shoulder to shoulder with our IPA brothers and sisters.
We are all in this together!

Sticking together is the only way we get through this. Proud of the 170 for showing everyone what unity actually looks like.
Total support from me. If they want to treat us like we dont matter then this is the only response.
We are all in this mess together. Doesnt matter if we got the notice or not. Unity is the only thing that works.
This is what brotherhood is about. Doing the right thing even when the company says you dont have to.
The company needs to see we arent going to just roll over. Glad to be part of this group.
