i personally think it would do the town some good. The field is been used as a car park in the summer and a dog waste ground in the winter. Would people moan if it was going to be a swimming pool people are only moaning because it will affect their busines. Thay are not bothered that it's a field they are just using saying its a kids playing field as an excuse. premier inn will do this town wonders and hopefully make it the start of a all year round season.

Different market from holiday makers! Attracting more business people is what this town needs to move out of the steam age.

Skegness needs more branded hotels to move with the times

On the basis that Premier Inn do not want to build anywhere else in Skegness, I am in favour of them buying the Pier Field and building there.

i think the premier inn will be an asset to the town and make some of the shoddy hotels and B & Bs book their ideas up. It's not going to ruin the look of the seafront that has already been spoilt over the years by plastic fronted uncharacteristic replacement biuildings. The once charming characteristic Skegness has long disappeared and been replaced with plastic monstrosities!

It's new attractions we need not more hotels we need places for people to go we have hotels closing down as not enough people are stoping over just coming for the day
