a petition to create an indoor skate park in Estevan sk. It is hard for the public to enjoy the skatepark with drugs and people pulling knifes and Is making the skatepark a hazardous and scary place. This would allow anyone to enjoy the fun hobbys of skate,scooter and bmx safely. Thanks in advance
