The conversations I have had with local families over the past few weeks confirm that our neighborhood lacks a safe space for youth activity. I am currently reaching out to council members to discuss potential locations for a skate park and will keep you informed on their response.

About time. Telegraph hill has been ignored for too long
My son has been asking for this for ages. Its high time we actually invested in something for the local youth instead of just complaining about them being bored.
The kids have literally nowhere to go around here besides the street. Give them somewhere safe to practice.
YES PLEASE. tired of seeing skaters get kicked off the pavement by grumpy commuters. give them a space!
Great idea. Keeps the kids active and off the main roads.

Need this so bad. skating is the only thing that keeps my nephew out of trouble.
