We think a skatepark at our local park will be a good use of council funding, and will give the youth of Stourbridge something to do, as well as decreasing the youth crime rate. if you agree then sign right up!
This is a long overdue facility that appears available to almost every town in the country except Stourbridge. It should be located in the main park as with other towns and not hidden in a backstreet or industrial estate

We used to have a skate park in stourbridge until tesco took the land and never invested in doing another one. We could do with one that is big enough for bikes to keep the kids who want to do wheelies off the road and on the skate park instead.

I think a skatepark like the one at Hereford would help stop the ASBO behaviour. Youths are bored nowadays. It would be a positive thing for the community, not just for the youths but for the elders as well

It really is time to offer our youth something positive and on their own terms, rather than punishing the results of their boredom that we have created.

The skatepark in Hereford has 24hr flood lights that you pay 50p an hour for. Something like that would be great

The current skatepark has become a crime hotspot with robberies and stabbing accuring there. I believe this is down to its isolated location. A skatepark at Mary Steven's would be much safer and give the youth something to do

My family and friends think a skate park at Mary Steven’s would very much be a welcome addition to the current facilities.
