Seeing this kind of momentum feels heavy but necessary. It confirms what we already know about the lack of space here and I am pushing forward because of it.

my son is always complaining about having to drive so far just to skate. hope this actually happens it would be so awesome for the neighborhood
I want these kids to have a skatepark in their community even though I don't have one where I live it's every skaters dreams to have a local skatepark
I'm not from Charleston, but I'm all for signing that petition for a skate park! Love from Utah.
This would be a great way for the community to get out and have a good time even watching kids skate
Charleston is a surf and skate community but there are no skate parks on Daniel Island so I think this would be great to get kids outside

Living on DI for 10 years and there is literally nowhere for the kids to go. This needs to happen ASAP!
