SJSU Safety For All: Implementing an Incident Report Feature in Sammy App
We expect SJSU campus to be safe and for the University Police Department (UPD) to be accountable during urgent crises. In addition to this, we expect UPD to redirect students to resources to address the impact on behalf of survivors of crime and violence.

The stories coming in from students about their experiences on campus highlight exactly why we need this feature in the Sammy app. I am currently reaching out to student government leaders to get this on the agenda for their next meeting. make it happen. we deserve to know what is going on around us instead of reading about it on twitter days later
we need this fast. campus feels sketchy at night and it takes forever to get an update on anything that happens
