Sing The Black National Anthem

As an alumni of GHS, I feel like my fellow sister should be able to sing Lift Every Voice at graduation. They say that they want every race to be represented but yet you waste a good amount of time at graduation on a Latin speech in which majority of the class or audience understands. Majority of GHS is African American so why can’t the African American representation be Lift Every Voice? And to Mr. Marchetti to say that the anthem is only sung during black history month, is plain ignorance!

Dr. Moore is really bugging. This isn't even fair. Why do we have to hide the fact that we are black and proud?

Not my Altma Mater! If the staff of the school is giving y’all options and choices, we should here the people’s votes.

It’s sad that we are the only race that has to be hinder especially when we want to voice our opinions. And it’s not a negative thing so why can’t they sing the anthem period

period we should be able to sing something that represents us and not a song that clearly doesn’t represent anyone but the higher white power in america.
