I bike through this intersection on the way to Malden center, and every time I hear for my safety. Please make it safe for all road users.

As a pedestrian I’m always wary crossing in any direction on this intersection. Drivers never seem prepared for walkers.

I walk to the T in the mornings and I need to cross the fellsway on highland. I support adaptive signals, cars driving south on fellsway will not stop for pedestrians.

This intersection is extremely confusing and dangerous, especially to drivers heading south on Fellsway. From that direction, it appears as if there is no need to slow down or yield, which leads to actual and potential accidents on a regular basis. I believe that installing signals will be the best way to improve the safety of this intersection.

I drive through this intersection to get to Oak Grove and it is extremely confusing and dangerous, particularly for drivers who haven't encountered it before.

This intersection is long overdue for change. It makes no sense to people who don't use it regularly, as it's not a rotary, and results in a bad mix of confused drivers, drivers thinking it's a rotary, and people just trying to cheat the system. Traffic signals is the only solution.

Please make this intersection safe. I have witnessed multiple accidents myself at this intersection. It is surprising that signals are not already there.

This should be a priority for 2018!! The officials need to remember they work for us! We provide the money for their paychecks! It is the only intersection on the Fellsway without a light! People know it is not a rotary when a policeman is sitting there!

This intersection is in need of updates and signage. It is hard to tell if this is a rotary or if you can make a left turn. with so many entry points it is also tough to figure out who has the right of way.

Lived at 526 Fellsway East from August 2005 through June 2018; now live near Oak Grove Station in Melrose. For the reasons stated in the petition, adaptive signalization of the subject intersection is the best solution and remedy for an untenable situation.

I really hope they do go forward with the signal AND the bike lanes. We live in a beautiful area that is close to the city and to nature. I would love for people to be able to visit the Fells via bike.

This intersection is in dire need of attention to improve safety for all. Additionally, a bike line should not be added without very serious considerations as to whether it improves or worsens the welfare of those passing through on foot, by bike and vehicle.

This intersection is in desperate need of upgrades! How can the state allow this to continue and put residents’ lives in danger every day?

I feel unsafe driving, bicycling or walking with my child in any direction through this "intersection". Please prioritize this!

I ride this road almost daily on my bicycle. This is the most dangerous intersection I encounter on my 10 mile commute.

This intersection needs to have pedestrian activated crosswalk singnals.
