We want to shut down the property at 1347 Ridge Ave. as a nuisance property. From January-the end of May there have been 30 calls for Zanesville Police Department to come to the bar. There have been 6 shootings. 3 assaults and 1 under aged drinking.

Good idea. Only been that way for 20 years. About time.
Why is the city afraid to shut down this bar?
I really don't want to see anyonws family walking by and get shot or killed. Because someone is fighting there.
We need to shut this bar down before someone's child gets killed.

I own about 15 properties within a mile of this place and it is killing my ability to rent to good tenants. I pay around $20,000 in property taxes to Zanesville every year and I struggle to pay this because my tenants don't stay long in my properties because of all the prostitution, drugs, and all the shootings stemming from this bar. If the city wants me to continue paying my taxes then they need to help me out with closing this damn property!!
