PLEASE CLOSE DOWN LA ROCA LOCATED AT 4161 MAIN ST. PHILADEPHIA, PA 19127 !! MYSELF, BLACK, GAY AND FEMALE EMPLOYEES WERE SUBJECTED TO RACISM, HOMOPHOBIA AND BODY SHAMING. I WAS FIRED FOR BRINGING THIS TO THE ATTENTION OF THE OWNER!! MULTIPLE WOMEN HAVE REPORTED BEING DRUGGED IN THIS ESTABLISHMENT AND NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE!! UNDERAGE DRINKING HAS BEEN ALLOWED ON DUTY AND AFTER HOURS!! MULTIPLE EX EMPLOYEES WERE MISTREATED AND UNFAIRLY SCHEDULED BASED ON THEIR RACE, SEXUALITY, WEIGHT AND SEX!!!! EMPLOYEES WERE SCHEDULED BASED ON THEIR LIKABILITY AND NOT SCHEDULED ONCE THEY SPOKE UP. THEY HAVE EVEN STAYED OPEN WITH NO RUNNING WATER IN THE ENTIRE ESTABLISHMENT DURING COVID!!!!!!!! PLEASE CLOSE THIS ESTABLISHMENT SO NOBODY ELSE HAS TO WORK UNDER HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT!!! I WILL USE THIS PETITION TO FORWARD TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU, MANAYUNK BOARD AND TO SUPPORT EMPLOYEES COMPLAINTS TO THE EEOC !!
