SHU cafe has been observed to be absolutely unhygienic with the recent occurence of rats, rodents and other insects, roaming around not only in the kitchen but in the cafeteria and food items as well. Food is totally inedible and unhygienic, leading to food poisoning and typhoid. The cutlery and crockery is painstakingly compromised with food particles stuck on them from being unwashed for a while. The cleaning is nonexistent and food is terribly tasteless. Every commercial item is raised to twice the price compared to what is being marketted in the city. Microwaves, refrigerators and stationa are so grimy that they are repulsive enough to keep or warm food.
We need a cleaner environment with hygienic and edible food. We sign this petition to insist the management change of the cafeteria and kitchen. (For Faculty and Students)
