3rd Party Delivery Companies are charging MO restaurants excessive commission fees ranging from 10-40% without sharing
the customer data back to the restaurants. These commissions are not sustainable for restaurants who operate on slim
margins. As 3rd Party Delivery gains market share year-over-year, restaurants will not be able to compete.

We, the undersigned, are concerned citizens who urge our lawmakers to implement a cap on 3rd Party Delivery Companies
(UberEats, GrubHub, DoorDash, Postmates) of 15% until they are willing to share the customer data back to the participating
restaurants
