I can understand salaries being different because the profits from turnouts are different. However, the bottom line is that the ladies work just hard as the men so their pensions should reflect their hard work throughout their careers.
While all players should receive the same pay, women sports are not valued as men sports.

As a former female athlete, I wish women sports were as popular than as they are today. Equality now!!
