The corporate suits at the top are finally feeling the heat because our momentum is becoming impossible to ignore. They bank on our silence but this surge proves we are done playing by their broken rules.

Men work harder and take on more dangerous jobs than women do. Simple as that.
My manager makes 20k more than me for doing the exact same desk job. Sick of it.

Its 2016 how is this still even a debate?? Pay us what we are worth.
