A lot of girls and women love to play softball. If women and girls love it so much, why don't we have a professional softball league for just women, just like we have a professional baseball league for just men? Some people say that girls are too girly to play professional sports. But, us girls are tough, strong, and we believe that every gender, race, and human being on Earth should have a fair chance to do something they want to do. Girls should have their own professional softball league just like boys do with baseball and any other sport. Sign this petition started by a middle school girl, to help softball become a professional sport.

I was looking at some old magazines earlier and it hit me how wild it is that we expect people to just stop playing the sports they love because they graduate. Someone actually told me that softball is not big enough to be professional which is just ridiculous because have they even seen how fast we throw the ball.

my daughter works so hard at travel ball and she deserves a place to go pro just like the guys do. go get em!
Im no softball player, but I agree that girls should have as much right as men do.
Honestly this is such a great idea ! I'm working on getting a scholarship and playing for collage! It's so great! And it's been proven we can do anything! Like when Jennie Fench struck out Albert Pojuls (sorry I'm not great with names)
its so frustrating watching all my friends stop playing after college because there is nowhere to go. we need this!
I'm not a female, but one of my closest friends who is loves softball and plays it all the time.
I think we should go to our local tribes for support in funding a state of the art facility. So many great softball players are from California. Especially San Diego.
I play softball aswell and I totally hop that you get enough signatures!!

so much girls with so much talent in softball but it all goes to waste after college or highschool
