WE the undersigned petition the Ontario Municipal Board as follows:-
To reject any Redevelopment Proposal Application for Official Plan (Secondary Plan) Amendment by Bayview Summit Development Limited for the Shops of Steeles location which:
- Includes any residential building re-development exceeding a maximum height of 6 stories;
- A Floor Space Index of greater than one (FSI 1.0);
- Is greater than 500 units;
- where the residential component is not spread out over the development as a whole.
