We, the undersigned, wish the Governors and Head Teacher of Shilbottle First School to investigate the option of becoming a Primary School from 1 September 2015. We believe that the options listed in the Northumberland County Council consultation document do not fully take into account the upheaval that will be caused to our children's education in the short term. We believe that our children would be best served educationally by allowing them to remain in their current schooluntil the end of Year 6.
