This petition is being started due to my daughter Mikalah's accident in September and a neighbors grandson that has been struck by a vehicle both of which were going over the 35mph speed limit! There are no sidewalks in Sheridan and cars are forced to park in front of the homes which are very close together. The speed limit should be lowered to avoid anymore heartbreaking accidents! This is the second accident involving a pedestrian in the past 7months.
