All across the State of Tennessee we see abuse and Neglect of domesticated Animals. The TBI Animal Abuse Registry should put every person on this list but instead West Tennessee doesn't even prosecute these people. It's time for change

Given the abuses inflicted in the walking horse industry, it's no wonder the animal abuse laws are weak. Time to change this to protect all of our animals!

It is terrible how people are allowed to mistreat animals and nothing is done. We need some strict laws in place. I myself have found a whole litter of puppies FROZEN to death. We had a neighbor put his dog in an 8' x 8' pen and forgot about him. We found him dead one day.... This has to stop.

I have a nei with a dog outside in a pen daily. I feel so sad for him. Something must be done. I am appalled by people who think having a dog outside during the cold nights of winter is acceptable. That being said,I'm proud to be a part of the solution.
