I know a number of residents want to change the covenants to include the option of having a shed. I am getting a petition together to turn into our board at their next meeting in October. The sheds will not be metal, but storage structures in likeness to your home.

Nothing wrong with a quality built shed. There are many folks that probably could benefit by having a nice shed. They could reclaim their garage spot and park their vehicles inside!

We need sheds to safely store fuel for lawn mower and other lawn care item that could cause fires
