Beauty Lovers across the globe are being ripped off by Kylie Jenner Cosmetics. Customers are receiving
- Wrong orders. Not only are their orders being sent to different people across the world but their personal information is being exposed which is a complete breach of confidentiality.
- Empty delivery boxes
- Half full products
- Broken and faulty products (Lids that do not close and broken wands)
- Not receiving an order entirely
Customers are contacting customer service but on most cases they are refusing to help or even reply to emails. According to Kylie Cosmetics once products are shipped they are not responsible for them, especially if they are international orders. This is ridiculous because they are at fault for all mistakes and refusing to deal with those mistakes is absolutely poor customer service.
These products are NOT cheap so as consumers we expect Kylie Cosmetics to meet the standards of other cosmetic companies. At the moment we do not feel we are getting value for our money nor do we feel that we are being treated as valued customers.
PLEASE SIGN THIS PETITION AND SHARE YOUR EXPERIENCE. We might not be famous multi-millionaires but we deserve good products escpecially if someone is making profit from our purchases.

I got sent the wrong order revealing the full details of someone else's personal information inside. The customer service were terrible and over a week and a half now they still haven't officially sent my order. I spent over $250 AU on these things!
Only way to contact customer service is by email. .they take days to respond, if they respond. My order was "lost" at facility although I received an email advising that it was a usps glitch the week before. Waiting for follow up email providing new shipping date and tracking info. This is just ridiculous and completely unacceptable.
I received an order on the 4th of May - the box was completely damaged and things had been taken out. I emailed customer service & was told I would get sent a replacement package asap. It's now the 20th of May and I have had one response from customer service asking what my issue was. Still no response.
- The order never comes correctly,. they always send you incorrect products - The lipsticks are SO over priced for such bad quality products - The price of shipping to Australia alone is PATHETIC. They take advantage of everyone.
Worst company I have ever purchased from!! ordered a dolce K lipkit but to my suprise when i opened the box there was true brown in the box!! although a dolce k lipliner?? absolutely ridiculous
KYLIE COULD HAVE SAID " she is sorry and nothing she will ever do will Bring back anyone but she can dtart with giving All proceeds for a period should go to the victims" at the VERY LEAST

I got somebody else's order with her name and home adddress! Now somebody random has my name and home address which is a violation of confidentiality! Customer service won't even reply to the email. Terrible service
