Sex offender and long time criminal Keith Constantin has left the Fruitland and Barton area and now resides in a run-down home on Margaret Street, Stoney Creek, between Barton and Hwy 8. We need to continue forwarding this petition to remove Keith Constantin from our community and city as a whole. He needs to return to jail where he is no longer a threat toinnocent women, men and most of all children who fear their safety with this harmful man that police have publicly warned has a great potential of recommitting crimes.
