These outages are daily. They are inconvenient and costly, let alone irritating. We have lived here almost 8 years and are ready for this problem to be fixed properly.

We moved in July of 2013 and the number of outages / surges has been more than we had in the 20 years of service with OGE at the previous address. A, new when we moved in, $2000 refrigerator has been replaced, multiple light fixtures / bulbs replaced, lost revenue due to down time of computers and routers resetting. Bills are always paid on time. Unsatisfactory service is given with no resolution to the issues.

We have had to replace a capacitor on our AC unit; albeit not too expensive, the electrician related it directly to power surges. Numerous light bulbs as mentioned by others.

It is sad to spend so much money on a house in a beautiful network and constantly be plagued with outages and surges. This is the worst power service I've ever had.

The outages we experience are far more than I have encountered anywhere else. We have to replace our light bulbs so frequently. We had OG&E in and her neighborhood, and we would go YEARS without replacing bulbs. Here in Settler's Ridge we replace bulbs every 2-3 months.
We have had a receiver damaged as a result of frequent electricity surges (and we use surge protectors). What makes it even worse is how much we pay for such sub-standard service. Our electricity bill is often between $300-$500.

OEC needs to fix the service issues we have all been experiencing. This is costing us money for damaged appliances, light bulbs, repairs, etc.

Speaking for a spouse that works from home, the multiple power outages has severely disrupted her abilities to work effectively, not to mention the toll it's taken on household appliances. Unacceptable. Disappointed.

We're concerned about the stress & damage our appliances are enduring going through so many frequent power surges/outages! We've NEVER lived anywhere that's had this many surges/outages, it absolutely ridiculous & a nuisance! It can be an absolute beautiful day and we have surges/outages.....

We have only lived in Settler's Ridge since November 2015 and our power has gone off more times here than the entire nine years we lived in Mustang where we had OG&E for our power source!!!

We have lived here 8 years. We've experienced so many surges/outages for no reason. Sometimes one after another for hours it seems on a nice day. We've had damage to our refrigerator and SO MANY light bulbs! The life span for a light bulb in our house is less than 6 months. My parents have OEC out in Newcastle and never have surges, nor did I on OGE prior to moving here.

Nearly a year after moving in we've had to replace our washing machine. We've had to replace many light bulbs, and buy surge protectors for every major electronic device in our house. I'm extremely dissatisfied with OEC's service to Settler's Ridge.

We have lived here over 9 years and have purchased more lighbulbs than anyone I know. In the first year we paid out of pocket to have electricians look at our house seeking out the problem with nothing internally wrong that the problem was in the outside connection into the house. Next we had OEC come look and say nothing was wrong and no clue why we have issues. We have power outages weekly when weather is perfect and no storm in sight. We are frustrated with no reslolve or concern from OEC. Something needs to be done.
