On November 4th, 2009 Seth Jedlicka, who was a few weeks from turning 17, and 3 of his friends carried out a planned home invasion attack and robbery on a sleeping family at their farmhouse in Chesapeake City, MD. The violent foursome brutalized and beat an elderly man, and terrorized his wife as she lay in her bed shaking! The victim impact statement of Terry and Geraldine McCoy recalling that horrible night can be viewed on YouTube. Seth Jedlicka was the loudest, meanest most demanding criminal in their home that night! He kept screaming give me the fucking money, I want the fucking money now, I know there is money in this house give it to me or I am going to shoot you. This is for real mother fucker!! Their daughter, Terri Ann McCoy was coming downstairs to see what was happening to her parents....she only made it to the top of the steps when she was shot 5 times. As she lay dying on the floor, Seth Jedlicka was the first one to the safe to clean it out! Now Seth Jedlicka has petitioned the courts to reduce his sentence because he feels he was too young to be sentenced to 60 years. Terri Ann wasn't given the Option to Plead for her Life to Continue. This was a premeditated Robbery with Murder as its cowardly consequence. Our Community and any other would not be Safe with this Murderous Thief loose to find his next helpless Victim.
He was old enough to do the crime, he needs to do the time! Terri Ann isn't getting a reprieve. Terry and Geraldine McCoy were terrorized and lost t heir child. There is nothing that can change that, and nothing should change in Jedlica'a sentence.
Too young for the sentence? Terri Ann was too young to die. Mr. and Mrs. McCoy were too nice to have to endure what these monsters put them through. You weren't too young to rob a family and murder their daughter.... you should never see the light of day.
Accountability.......it's all about accountability. You weren't "too young" to trespass, terrorize, steal or end an innocent life....You dance the dance, you pay the Piper.

He shot her 5 times. Not once out of fear. He shot until he knew she wouldn't survive. He shot a woman knowing she couldn't stop four men. He made his bed. Let him lay in it thinking bout what he did for the rest of his life.
