Perhaps Seth should have been given the death sentence. A very ugly crime was commuted and someone died unnecessarily. Serve your whole sentence, no leniency for Seth!!

He lost his rights when the trigger was pulled and this young ladies life was taken. They all lost their rights when they broke into that home!! My heart and prayers are with the family.

This was a home invasion with murder as a result! His actions were planned with no mercy for this family. No mercy should be given to him!! 60 year is not enough time. This should be a death penalty punishment.

17 years old or not it's still MURDER! He chose to show up at the McCoy farm to rob them, he chose to carry a weapon with the intent to kill, he made those choices so now he should deal with the consequences!
He should never get out of jail !
