Please sign our petition!!! Our estate has been left with sewage waste issues for over 2 yrs now. The pump house has been damaged and the builder nor westmeath county council is taking responsibility or action to fix the problem, It's becoming a health risk, our front and back gardens are destroyed in raw sewage,toilets not flushing, showers not draining, and the smell is unbearable. This is only affecting no.7 through to no.16 reason being because we are in a dip in our estate, so waste is flowing back to us because pump is not pumping it up and out... we have had some luck in getting the builder to send out a septic tank truck every 3/4 months this was not helping us we need this done atleast once a week! We had a truck out on Sept 28th of this year and a week later we where back to square one. We have no way of contacting the builder his fone is off!! Westmeath county council have these trucks and can help but won't. We need a truck once a week until the pump house is fixed.

The smell has become impossible to live with again and my children are trapped indoors because the garden is just not safe. I am spending my evenings chasing down anyone at the council who will listen to me while the builder remains completely unreachable. We are not going to let them ignore this nightmare until the pump is finally fixed for good.

Seeing this kind of backing gives me real hope that my family might finally be able to live in our own home without the stench of waste. We have spent two years fighting this nightmare alone but now I finally feel like people are listening to our story.

Absolutely disgraceful that this issue is still ongoing and that residents have to get a petition in order to try resolve the issue. I have visited my sister who lives in this estate and seen the drains and the sewerage coming from them. This is a serious health and safety issue and my young couldn’t play outside due to the danger of what they could pick up from this.
What are residents paying property tax and maintenance fees for when no one taking responsibility. Disgraceful
This is an absolute disgrace shame on the council for letting this go on for so long adults and young kids breathing this in daily could not be good for them absolute joke who ever is over this should be ashamed of them selves
Disgraceful. This is lethal toxins and very bad for people health to be breathing in them toxins.
We have had environmental health out they basically told us we need to make noise about the situation anyway we Can! I've been onto papers, talk shows, nobody seems to want to help ! And builder is not answering any of our calls we are all ringing and messaging him daily with no reply.

It's only affecting no.6 through to no.16 killucan manor lawn.. our houses are lower than any others in the lawn the smell im talking about is in our homes coming from our sink drains and mainly our front gardens.
